My name is Alex Schmidt and I have been a Massage Therapist for 5 years. I have worked in a variety of massage settings. I love having clients come to me with a specific set of tight or tense muscles and leave feeling that tension or tightness dissipate. It really makes me happy when clients increase their range of motion or leave with no more pain. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, and Lymph. I have certifications in Oncology Massage, Post-Surgical lymph, as well as Cupping. At the beginning of each session, I always ask my clients if there are any areas of focus or muscular issues that need worked out.
